What time is check-in and check-out? 

Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am (EST) 

What should I expect when checking-in? 

You will receive an email and text before 3 pm on the day of your check-in with the information on how to access your room, the wifi password, and a cell number to text or call for questions. This is a historic house that has its quirks and charm. We do not live on the property but are nearby to help if needed.

What does breakfast consist of?

We always try to make breakfast the highlight of your stay.  While we have an idea what we'd like to prepare for you based on the season, we always try to accommodate specific preferences and dietary restrictions for guests who make those known prior to their arrival.  Breakfast will be served promptly at any time that works for you between 6:30 - 9:30AM

Is the kitchen available for guest use?

For guests who rent the entire home, yes.  For guests who rent a single room, the kitchen is not available.  However, the coffee and tea bar are available at your convenience.

What amenities are in each room?

Each room comes with A/C, wifi, hairdryer, iron, tv, microwave, mini-fridge, an extra blanket, and a fan upon request. We provide hand soap. Please bring your own additional bath products. 

Are we pet friendly?

For the comfort of all guests we do not allow pets inside The Beaumont House due to allergies.
